SEOBABA- CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

SEOBABA holds customer’s Proprietary or Confidential Information in strict confidence. "Proprietary or Confidential Information" includes all contracts, trade secrets, know-how, business methods, business policies, memoranda, reports, records, computer retained information, notes, or financial information.

Confidential Information however, does not include following information:

That is generally known to the public by any means
That was previously known to the receiving party
That is independently developed by the receiving party
That is subject to disclosure under court order or other lawful process.

SEOBABA abides by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P), in accord with the emerging industry standard under which we agree not to make each other's Proprietary or Confidential Information available in any form to any third party or to use each other's Proprietary or Confidential Information for any purpose other than as specified in this Agreement.

SEOBABA reserves the right to contact any or all its lead at any time for effective internet marketing. It also secures the rights to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at its own discretion. These changes can be viewed here or elsewhere at this site. Your continued usage of this site will mean that you have observed and accepted those changes.
