Work of Search Engine Crawlers
In search engine Optimization the complete effort is been put to get higher page ranking on the search engine and to be more visible on the searches. To get higher page ranking webmasters do a lot of hard work to achieve a rank ranging from 1-10, and search engines also follow certain mechanism and technique to make those websites eligible to get those high page ranks.
Search engines always work through spiders or crawlers. Crawlers are those techniques, which give a comprehensive look to the website analyzing all its pros and cons, and there after it actually makes its decision to give a website a good rank or not.
Now, the question arises here “that how those search engine crawler’s work”. WE should know that crawler-based search engines have three main essentials. First, one is the spider, which also called as the crawler. The spider visits each web page of a website, then reads it, and then follows links to other pages within the site done as link building. This complete process is known as “crawling”. The spider returns to the site on a standard time span basis, like every month or two, to look for the updates made on the website.
Regular changes made on the website deliver better crawl results which eventually make a higher page rank for the website. Search engine spiders also do a lot of indexing, using more spiders and find the website’s minimal aspects through HTML coding. Thus, it is advisable that the less the website will have images the better will be the page ranking.
