Among all the major search engines, Bing is gaining a good name and is considered as one of the successful search engine in present times. We all know that search engines are powered by spiders, which are special software that is intended to search for words and all the content all through the Web and the websites. Spiders are nor physical creatures, nor are they robots. They are specially made programs or applications. Spiders are sent to web servers used to fetch information. They go through the web pages on the server, following each link they find. This gets the spiders all over the Web very quickly. Spiders can crawl through hundreds of pages per second.

The search engines use the crawlers or spiders to the website or all through the web to find relevant websites fro indexing the genuine website for the queries of the users. As the spiders go through the Web, they grasp words on every web page, along with the context in which the words are used.  For instance, we can say that anybody is searching fro Reebok Shoes the words matching to Reebok or any website matching to that particular word will come into the index of the search engine for the users when they search for this specific word.

Based on the circumstance of a word, the word is given more power or relevance. After the spiders get the text and the relevant data, that information is encoded and stored for the users when they find by performing a web search on sites like Bing, Yahoo and Google.
