While talking about any blogger site we name on WordPress on the first row of the sites. Some webmasters assume that the website or blog is a self-hosted WordPress installation, and through this the options gets limited. There were several options for automatically backing up the database, but there was a question on backing up the files? It can be described specifically about what is in the wp-content’ directory i.e. the themes, plugins, and uploads. Losing your theme files is a big deal, especially if the user or the webmaster has made any modifications to the themes. In addition, the upload directory contains everything whatever the webmaster have uploaded, such as images and PDFs.
After installing and activating the plug-in of Automatic WordPress Backup, the user will need to configure it. In the left sidebar of the WordPress admin screen, probably close to the bottom of that sidebar, there is a heading called Volcanic. The user has click on that heading, or the link below it that says Automatic Backup. The user has to follow the next step of “Save Changes” or “Save Changes and Backup Now.” After the backup is complete wait for a few seconds, refresh the screen, and the backup that just made should appear in the Download recent backup’s content area. The user is able to tell which backups are the manual backups because the word “Backup” will be appended to the front of the link title.
This way the webmaster will not lose the required database and will prevent themselves from disasters.
